Where Can I Receive My Order?

We ship worldwide (see the full list of countries here). The delivery country must always match the country of the online store where the order was placed.

Stefania Esse works exclusively with DHL Express Delivery Service, with delivery options varying depending on the destination:

Home Delivery
Your order will be shipped by DHL to the delivery address provided at checkout. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Registered customers can track their order under “Account” → “My Orders.”
For security reasons, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to addresses where the recipient cannot be identified. Responsibility for the items transfers to you once the order has been delivered. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to our warehouse, it will be treated as a refusal of delivery. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion, less shipping and return costs. To receive the order again, you will need to place a new purchase.

Service Point Delivery
You may choose to have your order delivered to a nearby Service Point (such as a post office or DHL partner location). You will be notified by SMS, email, or phone call once your order is ready for collection. The order must be collected within the timeframe specified by DHL. If not collected, the order will be returned to our warehouse and considered refused. A discretionary refund may then be issued, less shipping and return costs.

Packstation Delivery (Germany only)
Orders may be delivered to a DHL Packstation, available 24/7. You will receive a notification once the package has arrived and must collect it within the specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the order being returned to our warehouse under the same terms as above.


Can the Delivery Country Differ From the Country of Purchase?

No. The delivery country must always be the same as the country of purchase.


Has My Order Already Been Shipped?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery should then be completed within the estimated timeframe. Registered customers can log in to their account to follow the progress under “My Orders.”

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

With the DHL Express Delivery Service, your order will be delivered within 1–7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends), depending on the country, once it has left the Stefania Esse warehouse. Costs by country and delivery times are as follows:

RETURNS

If the customer wishes, an order may be returned: RETURNS are accepted. Returning an order is simple. The customer has 15 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). Once the return is confirmed, the refund is immediate; however, it may take up to 30 days to appear depending on the bank, which is beyond the control of Stefania Stroppiana. The customer may use their preferred shipping service to return the order. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the order, and Stefania Stroppiana cannot be held responsible for what may occur during shipment. Please note that during sales or promotions, refunds may take 8–10 days to process. To request a return, please follow these instructions: Log in to your account, go to MY ORDERS, and enter your email address, password, and the order ID number of the order you wish to return. Then select MY ORDERS and click REQUEST A RETURN.

  • Select the order you wish to return.
  • Choose Postal Return: The customer decides how and with which courier to ship the return. We recommend choosing a secure service with tracking. The package should be sent to the following address:

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return. From the available options, select REQUEST A RETURN. Then choose the reason for the return and click CONTINUE.
  • Check the entered details.
  • Click COMPLETE.

Then, write the return number on the delivery note included with your order or on a separate sheet of paper. Place the return number and the items you wish to return in their original packaging. Please remember that all items must be in perfect condition, with return labels attached, and placed in Stefania Esse packaging. Unless the customer chooses to ship independently, the courier will collect the package within 24–48 hours of the return request. Stefaniaesse.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are not requested and/or shipped within the stated time limit, or items that are not in their original condition. 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

If the customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size or color, a return request must be submitted and a new order placed. 

HAS MY RETURN ARRIVED?

If the customer uses a trackable or insured shipping method, it depends on the service and/or courier chosen. Stefania Esse is committed to providing the best possible service. We process all returns received in our warehouse within 2–4 business days, depending on the service and/or courier used, starting from the date the returned goods physically reach us. Once the return has been processed and approved, the customer will receive a confirmation email of the refund. If the customer has not received this confirmation within 10 days, please contact Stefania Esse Customer Care. 

 

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition, with original labels intact), the customer will receive a confirmation email stating the refunded amount. The refund will be made using the same method the customer used to pay for the order (credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). Please note that, depending on the bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on the customer’s statement. If the customer paid with store credit, the refund will be applied as store credit. 

 

I RECEIVED A REFUND, BUT SHIPPING COSTS WERE NOT CREDITED BACK

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where items are defective or the order has been cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations. 

 

THE REFUNDED AMOUNT IS INCORRECT

We are truly sorry if we made a mistake with your refund! Please contact Customer Care and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the order was cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations or the entire order was faulty. 

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items are quality-checked to ensure no defects before shipment. If you receive an item in less than perfect condition, please contact Stefania Esse immediately. Customers are kindly asked to return all items in a single shipment to ensure quick processing. Items should be returned in their original packaging to guarantee proper protection during shipment. Boxes bearing the Stefania Esse logo and/or garment packaging must also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and a return may be refused if the packaging is damaged. Please note that if the customer chooses to arrange their own return shipment, Stefania Stroppiana is not responsible for the order until it reaches the Stefania Esse warehouse. We therefore recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method. For hygiene reasons, returns of tights or socks cannot be accepted unless unopened, unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging.
