Stefania Stroppiana reserves the right to amend prices on the website without prior notice. At any given time, the applicable price of an item is the one shown in the online shop, except in cases of obvious errors.
While every effort is made to prevent pricing errors, should such an error occur on an item ordered by the Customer, Stefania Stroppiana will promptly inform the Customer, offering the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If the Customer cannot be reached, the order will be cancelled and any payment already made will be fully refunded, without entitlement to further compensation.

Stefania Stroppiana is under no obligation to supply item(s) at an incorrectly displayed lower price (even if an order confirmation has been received) if the pricing error was obvious and unmistakable. The reference price will be the Stefania Esse retail price in the country where the order was placed or, if unavailable, the list price in Sweden.

Stefania Stroppiana accepts payments by bank transfer and PayPal. In accordance with current legislation, a payment commitment made using a bank card is irrevocable. By entering card details, the Customer authorizes the charge to that card.

It then connects to the issuing bank, which requests authorization through a personal authentication code. The transaction is completed only once the issuing bank confirms the code. Otherwise, the transaction is declined.

As an additional measure to prevent internet fraud, Stefania Stroppiana reserves the right to verify personal information provided by the Customer and to take any measures deemed necessary (including cancellation of the order) to ensure that goods are delivered in accordance with the details provided in the order.
